Fitness Alive has a 24-hour cancellation policy:
- Early cancellation with at least 24 hours notice – Your prepaid credit will go back on your account so you can book a new swim time.
- Late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows – Your prepaid credit will be charged in full and you will not receive a refund or ability to rebook.
How to Cancel Drop-in Swim Lessons:

How to Early Cancel Baby Bubbles, Adult Open Practice and Fitness Classes:
You can self-cancel through the Fitness Alive Portal as long as you are doing so with at least 24-hours notice.
- Log in to the Fitness Alive Portal HERE
- Then open My Schedule and click Cancel on the booking.
If there is no Cancel button visible, it means you are trying to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, which is not allowable.
